Fusing apparatusThis fusing apparatus is used for the fusing processs for the fusing of glass frit for the assembly of the glass frit sealed DSSC. During the fusing process, pressure (which is controlled by air cylinder) and high temperature above 500 degree Celsius are applied to two glass substrates with glass frit in between them

Dye loading apparatusThis dye loading apparatus is for processing the dye loading of the glass frit perispheral sealed DSSC. As the dye molecules will decomposite at the hight temperature in the glass frit fusing process, so the dye loading process has to be carried out after the fusing of the two glass substrates

High temperature hot plate chamberThis is a high temperature hot plate chamber. The temperature inside the brass hot plate chamber can reach 550 degree Celsius. And the temperature is programmable, which has 9 channels and 9 segments (temperature step) for each channel. Comparing with traditional furnace, the temperature ascending and descending process of the hot plate chamber is much more rapid, which shortens the process cycle time. This apparatus can be used for the high temperature process in the fabrication of DSSC, such as the sintering of TiO2 film, silver paste and Pt paste etc.

Programmable driller modified from Musashi sealant drawing machineBy mounting a drill on the head of an existing Musashi sealant drawing machine, and with the help of a mould for mounting the glass substrate and containing the water for lubrication purpose, the holes on the glass substrate for electrolyte injection can be programmablly drilled. This method has greatly improved the efficiency and accuracy in the hole drilling process for the fabrication of DSSC.
